Our second location, Brugh's Inn Too, offers many of the same
amenities as our original Brugh's Inn of Salem, such as all private baths,
flat screen TV's with Direct TV connected, wireless Internet access,
beautiful furnishings, and common areas open for your enjoyment. The
main difference is we offer a continental breakfast instead of a full
breakfast, and a lower price!
We are located within 1 1/2 blocks of downtown Salem, Va and are
walking distance to Roanoke College, antique marts, restaurants, and
other Salem events such as the weekly farmer's market and it's featured
cooking shows, Old Salem Days, and other special events.
A five minute drive takes you to the Salem Civic Center which hosts the
Roanoke Valley Horse Show, the Roanoke Valley Dog Show, the NCAA
Division III and ODAC conference basketball championships, and many
other special events. The Salem Sports Stadium which hosts the Alonzo
Stagg Bowl, the Moyer Sports Complex which hosts many softball
tournaments, and Salem High School which hosts the NCAA Division III
Lacrosse Championship.
We are a short drive to VA Tech and Radford University, Hollins
University, the Martinsville Speedway, and downtown Roanoke.
Of Course we are surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Blue
Ridge Parkway and Appalachian Trail.
We offer four rooms at this location, three of which have adjoining doors
that can be very convenient for families, or groups.
This is a completely handicap accessible property.
We also have a room without a private bath that can be used for
families with teens that want privacy without having to pay the extra cost
for another room with a private bath.
With a much larger common area, more parking, and a large flat back
yard area, this site is much more suitable for functions such as
weddings and or dinner parties.
